Join our dedicated Estates Services team and play a vital role in maintaining the essential infrastructure of our healthcare facilities. As a Maintenance Crafts Person, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our buildings, directly contributing to the high standard of care provided to our patients and visitors.

Missions principales

• Perform comprehensive mechanical and plumbing maintenance across various Trust-managed sites.
• Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure building integrity.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure all works are carried out in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation to provide emergency support when required.

Profil recherché

• Minimum Level 2 City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical Maintenance, Plumbing, or Building Services.
• Proven experience in diverse building maintenance environments.
• Full Category 'A' driving license is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• CSCS card holder is highly advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety protocols within a professional environment.
