Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a multi‑site organisation as part of a collaborative finance team. You will work closely with operational and senior stakeholders, using your insight to shape business performance and drive better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑quality management accounting reports against tight deadlines.
• Partner with non‑finance teams to influence commercial decisions and improve processes.
• Provide multi‑site financial insight and support operational performance and strategy.
• Identify and implement efficiencies, challenging the status‑quo where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial controls.
• Good understanding of reporting standards such as IFRS and SOx compliance.
