Management Accountant - Mid/Senior Level

About the Role

Join Focus Group as a Management Accountant and become a key player in our financial reporting team. Based at our Shoreham-by-Sea headquarters, you will play a vital role in driving financial clarity and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality management accounting and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts for multiple group entities.
• Perform full balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Analyze financial performance, including margins, overheads, and variances against budget and forecasts.
• Draft clear, insightful, and relevant financial commentary for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Head of Financial Reporting to enhance reporting quality.
• Support the development, optimization, and implementation of the Microsoft D365 ERP system.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement and system evolution.

• Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
