Manager, AI Transformation (Legal, Risk and Compliance)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive adoption of cutting‑edge AI solutions across our Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, bridging strategy and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the AI transformation roadmap across people, process and technology.
• Identify, prioritize and deploy high‑value AI use cases, starting with quick wins and scaling to enterprise‑grade tools.
• Partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance leads to re‑engineer workflows, improving quality, speed and consistency.
• Build AI fluency through change‑management, training programs and hands‑on guidance.
• Design and launch AI‑driven self‑service mechanisms for routine legal, risk and compliance requests.

Required profile

• Strong background in Legal, Risk or Compliance with experience leading tech or operational transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, contract lifecycle management AI and Legal AI tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional stakeholders and translate ambiguous goals into concrete execution.
• Experience driving user adoption and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
