Managing Partner – Origination (6‑month contractor)

About the role

Inflection Club is seeking its first Managing Partner, Origination, to build and run the primary deal‑flow engine. This 6‑month contractor position offers full autonomy to activate existing VC relationships and source co‑investment opportunities for its accredited investor base.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and deepen warm relationships with top‑tier VC funds from seed through growth stage.
• Position Inflection Club as the preferred co‑investment partner, highlighting its clean SPV structure, rapid close timeline, and strategic community of high‑net‑worth members.
• Surface 30‑50 high‑quality co‑investment opportunities per quarter for the investment committee.
• Collaborate directly with the founders and Director of Investment on diligence handoff and deal evaluation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end pipeline, from relationship activation to investment committee approval.

Required profile

• Established network with partners, principals, and co‑invest desks at leading VC funds.
• Proven experience in venture capital origination, deal sourcing, or co‑investment structuring.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make autonomous relationship decisions.
• Willingness to commit 30‑40 hours per week for the trial period.
