Manufacturing Quality Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Quality Manager leads the quality and EHS functions within a fast‑paced production environment. Reporting to the manufacturing leadership team, you will ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards while driving operational excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality strategies, procedures, and controls that align with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing quality team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement and clear communication.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, use data‑driven analysis to reduce variation, and monitor quality and safety metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply‑chain teams to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing flow.
• Address customer quality concerns promptly, conduct root‑cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of non‑conformances, audits and inspections; prepare actionable performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience leading quality functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, certifications and customer‑driven quality standards.
