Manufacturing Technician – 3‑Month Summer Role

About the role

Join a fast‑moving team in Birmingham to support the production of medical diagnostics equipment. This is a three‑month summer contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering hands‑on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and industry regulations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (preferred).
• Understanding of SOPs and quality control processes.
