Marketing Senior Specialist – Life Sciences (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist to support the high‑growth Life Sciences practice of a leading global law firm in London. The role combines marketing, business development and stakeholder engagement to help the practice win new work and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.
• Manage CRM activity, ensuring data quality and timely follow‑up.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target prospects.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships and other marketing activities.
• Support strategic business‑development initiatives across the Life Sciences practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing or business‑development experience in professional services, legal, consulting or B2B environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the Life Sciences sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using project‑management tools.
