Maths Teacher – Flexible Supply & Long‑Term Roles

About the role

Mana Education is recruiting Maths and Mathematics teachers for secondary schools across Peterborough and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible supply work, long‑term positions and part‑time opportunities, allowing you to choose when and where you work.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver pre‑planned lessons for day‑to‑day supply assignments.
• Plan, teach and mark for longer‑term placements.
• Support pupils preparing for GCSE examinations.
• Teach KS5/A‑Level where appropriate to your experience.
• Create an engaging and positive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a UK‑recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school.
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, reliable and professional approach.
• A passion for Maths and helping pupils achieve their potential.
• Early‑career teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
