About the role
We are seeking a Medical Affairs Graduate to join our Cardiovascular therapeutic area team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is hybrid, based in London, and offers the chance to develop a strong foundation in medical affairs within a global healthcare leader.
Key responsibilities
- Build knowledge of the cardiovascular disease area, typical medical affairs activities, the healthcare system and ABPI code.
- Support implementation of the Medical Affairs Plan, including advisory boards, medical education meetings, data generation projects and congress activities.
- Review non‑promotional materials to ensure scientific integrity.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Development teams to deliver integrated medical plans.
- Tag, upload and reference medical educational materials in the internal approval system.
- Develop briefing and training materials on relevant data and deliver internal training when required.
- Provide administrative support such as budget management, purchase orders, vendor contracts, meeting coordination and logistics.
- Enable the field medical team with content development and approvals for scientific data releases.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with interest in medical affairs and cardiovascular therapeutics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in London at least three days per week.

- Salary up to £31,050 per annum.
- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
