Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant – Customer-Facing Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join the Mercedes‑Benz dealership in Bristol. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing a new Mercedes‑Benz vehicle while delivering a first‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, financing options and after‑sales services, tailoring recommendations to each client.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to contract completion, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the finance, service and parts teams to provide seamless service.
• Achieve personal and dealership sales targets and contribute to overall profitability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or sales role, preferably within automotive retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
• Full, valid UK driving licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for handling quotations and contracts.
