About the role

Join the Mercedes‑Benz dealership team as a Sales Consultant, acting as the primary point of contact for customers buying a new vehicle. You will deliver first‑class service, understand client needs, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage face‑to‑face with customers to assess their requirements and recommend suitable Mercedes‑Benz models.
• Provide accurate product information, arrange test drives, and manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless, professional experience.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, to meet dealership service standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
