Merchandising Admin Assistant (Fashion)

About the role

We are seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the operations of a contemporary womenswear brand in East London. The role offers hands‑on experience in merchandise logistics, wholesale order administration and data management within a fast‑moving fashion environment. It is a temporary six‑month position starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Support inbound deliveries, track shipments and coordinate warehouse intake.
• Maintain and update shipment trackers, purchase orders and intake schedules in internal systems.
• Assist with wholesale order administration, delivery coordination and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
• Produce stock availability reports and handle general operational administration.
• Ensure operational data is accurate and consistently updated.

Required profile

• Previous experience in admin, merchandising, wholesale, logistics or operations support.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced fashion or retail environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Preference for prior retail or fashion head‑office experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and tracker management.
