About the role
We are looking for a Mid-weight Product Designer to join the B2B Experience Team at Viator. The role is fully remote, based in the UK or Portugal, and focuses on creating intuitive tools for operators, partners, and merchants within our marketplace ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product strategy by evaluating pillar‑level opportunities and translating research into clear problem definitions and success metrics.
- Own end‑to‑end design across discovery, research, prototyping, and delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
- Plan and conduct user research, synthesize insights, and create flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain design consistency by using and contributing to the Design System.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to align on goals and remove blockers.
- Mentor peers, advocate for customer‑centred decisions, and communicate design rationale to diverse audiences.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of product design experience, preferably in marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
- Global‑first mindset with strong strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Data‑driven approach, grounding decisions in research, metrics, and customer insight.

- Proficiency with AI tools for design workflow optimization.
