Mortgage Advisor – Flexible Remote Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis. The role offers flexible remote or hybrid working, full administrative and compliance support, and the opportunity to build a profitable advisory business with uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice that meets each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Assess financial situations, recommend suitable solutions, and manage cases from enquiry to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Ensure all advice and activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven mortgage and protection advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded and driven to grow a client portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assess financial situations and recommend mortgage and protection products.
