Mortgage Broker Account Manager

About the Role

Join Together, a leading financial services provider with over 50 years of expertise, as a Mortgage Broker Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key bridge between our company and mortgage brokers, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth through strategic relationship management.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to mortgage intermediaries via telephone and email, ensuring accurate information regarding products and criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to stimulate sales growth and consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify complex information, and propose tailored solutions from our full product suite.
• Act as a market intelligence link by transmitting regular feedback from brokers and market trends to the Account Management team to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and nurture both new and existing relationships by actively promoting the company's products and services.
• Fully immerse yourself in Together's policies, procedures, and unique culture to represent the brand optimally to all professional partners.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated success in telephone-based sales or client management roles.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and resolve complex problems effectively.
• CeMAP qualification or an equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
