Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Self‑Employed)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team on a self‑employed basis. You will work remotely across the UK, delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients with complex financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, client‑focused mortgage and protection advice aligned with individual objectives.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Promote services through networking and marketing to grow your client base.
• Utilise training and support from Sense Financial and The Openwork Partnership.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven track record in mortgage sales and client relationship building.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive to develop a personal business network.
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
