Join a global leader in integrated facilities management and real estate services. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our North West team, based in Cumbria, to ensure the seamless operation and high performance of our client's critical infrastructure.

Missions principales

• Execute corrective maintenance requests promptly in strict accordance with established SLA timelines.
• Perform high-quality preventive maintenance (PPM) on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure equipment longevity.
• Test, diagnose, and resolve power quality issues and electrical faults.
• Monitor environmental conditions and the operational status of critical building equipment.
• Identify root causes of technical failures and implement effective corrective actions to guarantee facility availability.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in compliance with CBRE safety and operational policies.
• Maintain accurate work logs, site documentation, and technical reports.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) or a similar technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on critical building systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work standard hours (Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00) with availability for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Competences requises

• Expertise in electrical systems with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) for troubleshooting and operator functions.
• Deep understanding of Health & Safety policies and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and technical diagnostics.
