Multi‑Skilled Property Care Technician (South West)

About the role

Timberwise is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Property Care Technician to join its South West team. You will carry out a variety of property preservation and repair tasks across the Plymouth region, representing the company’s high standards of quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform damp and timber treatments, including dry rot, woodworm control and damp‑proofing.
• Install waterproofing systems and complete associated first‑ and second‑fix joinery work.
• Carry out general plastering duties as required on site.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain professional customer interaction and uphold the Timberwise brand on every project.

Required profile

• Based in the South West and able to travel within the Plymouth area.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with the ability to plan and manage your own workload.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid CSCS card and NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in property preservation is desirable, but full training will be provided.
