National Account Manager – Grocery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our grocery portfolio for a fast‑growing health & wellness brand. Based in a modern Central London office, you will own relationships with our largest retail partners and drive growth across both key and smaller accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic relationships with key grocery accounts, driving sales growth and brand loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for large and small retailers, delivering exceptional service.
• Create and execute account plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate joint business plans, pricing, and promotional agreements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of account initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
• Provide insights to senior management on market dynamics and customer needs.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Participate in product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and growing UK grocery accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct regular business reviews with external clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience developing joint business plans.
• Ability to align account activities with overall business objectives.
• Experience within the FMCG or health‑wellness sector is essential.
