National Account Manager – Toys & Gifts (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow our toys and gifts business across major UK retailers. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while playing a pivotal role in a commercially driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key national retail accounts.
• Negotiate annual trading agreements, promotions and joint business plans.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new product ranges and maximise distribution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply‑chain teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and retailer performance.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the toy or gift industry.
• Strong relationships with major UK retailers.
• Track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into action.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work successfully in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for customer meetings when required.
