National Health & Safety Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

About the role

We are seeking a National Health & Safety Manager to lead our health and safety strategy across industrial roofing and cladding projects. You will work remotely with regular site visits nationwide, supporting a range of refurbishment works including felts, liquid systems, flat roofing, single‑ply membranes and metal cladding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company‑wide Health & Safety strategy for all service centres and divisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise the Managing Director, Board and senior leadership on risk, compliance and strategic direction.
• Conduct site audits, monitor KPIs and lead incident investigations.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, engagement and collaboration with employees, clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior Health & Safety manager within the construction industry.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
• Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
• Strong track record of conducting audits and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organisational levels.
