About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice that delivers expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. The role is based in the Birmingham studio and focuses on managing a range of residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completion.
• Conduct site visits to ensure technical compliance and high‑quality outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal team members.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.

Required profile

• ARB registered.
• Successfully completed RIBA Part 3 qualification.
• Strong post‑RIBA Part 2 experience within a UK practice.
• Experience managing residential projects; housebuilder experience is desirable.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout and master‑planning work.
• Excellent drawing and design skills across RIBA stages 0‑3.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Live within a commutable distance to Birmingham.
