Night Concierge

About the role

We are seeking two dedicated Night Concierges to join the front‑of‑house team at a high‑end residential development in Canary Wharf, East London. Working the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, delivering a premium service that reflects the building’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and contractors courteously and manage all incoming telephone, intercom, email and face‑to‑face enquiries.
• Receive, log and hand over parcels, packages and keys, verifying identification or written authorisation where required.
• Record resident instructions in the concierge database and ensure written confirmations are filed in Outlook.
• Register new residents, set up their database access, programme door entry fobs and key cards.
• Escalate resident complaints or lease breaches to the Building Manager.
• Coordinate contractor access for maintenance tasks such as HVAC, sprinkler and window cleaning.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a residential concierge role within a luxury setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for email handling and document filing.
• Experience using a concierge or property management database.
