NQ Employment Solicitor – Bedfordshire

About the role

Join a Legal 500‑recognised, market‑leading employment law team in Bedfordshire. As a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor you will work on a diverse portfolio of contentious and non‑contentious matters, gaining exposure to high‑quality work from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on business acquisitions and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Manage TUPE transfers, collective redundancies and restructuring projects.
• Support senior executive appointments, exits and post‑termination disputes.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and provide HR advisory services.
• Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract claims.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (or qualifying shortly) with a solid seat in employment law.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to casework.
• Keen to develop within a leading employment practice.
