About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administrator to provide essential administrative support for our office in Lossiemouth. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to develop clerical expertise within a professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files, records and documentation.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Office and CURO systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations as required.
- Support team members with photocopying, scanning and filing tasks.
- Handle email communications efficiently and respond to routine queries.
- Maintain a tidy and well‑organised office environment.
- Process post‑meeting documentation within deadlines for individual and corporate clients.
- Liaise with providers to ensure accurate and timely completion of requests.
Required profile
- Proven office or administrative experience.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
