Office Manager for Sportswear Brand

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to run the day‑to‑day operations of a busy office that houses multiple apparel, footwear and accessory brands. The role ensures a seamless workplace experience, supports frequent client visits, showroom presentations and high‑volume lunch meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, meeting rooms, showrooms, office supplies, equipment and amenities, liaising with landlords, building management and vendors.
• Oversee office administration including courier services, security, supplier accounts, utilities, software, expenses, budgets, reimbursements and health & safety compliance.
• Develop and improve office systems, workflows and IT infrastructure to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate meeting room and showroom bookings, preparing spaces for internal meetings, client presentations, seasonal launches and brand showcases.
• Deliver first‑class hospitality by managing catering, food budgets and supporting showroom events, press days and brand activations.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing reception and check‑in procedures.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO, senior leadership team and brand teams, including travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with brand teams to understand operational needs, support employee engagement, onboard new starters and source accommodation for remote team members.
• Manage sample postage, coordinate shipping requirements and maintain communication with internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in fashion, retail, showroom or multi‑brand settings preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality‑focused mindset.
