Operations Manager – Monday to Friday

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day catering operations across a portfolio of sites in London. The role involves leading on‑site managers, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance while delivering outstanding food and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day catering operations across a portfolio of sites within the region.
• Lead, support, and develop on‑site managers and teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standards.
• Manage financial performance including budget control, forecasting, and cost efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support new site mobilisations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience in catering management, preferably within contract catering.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labour control, and compliance standards.
• Inspirational leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage remote teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for delivering outstanding food & service.
