Oracle Fusion Consultant – Hybrid (London)

About the role

Robert Half Technology is partnering with a market‑leading financial services organisation to find an Oracle Fusion Consultant for a 12‑month hybrid role based in London. You will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion applications across multiple modules, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
• Provide guidance to functional teams on optimal use of Oracle Fusion to meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, offering ongoing support to end‑users.
• Deliver training sessions and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
• Stay current with industry trends, product releases, and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the capacity to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
