Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant – Procure to Pay

About the role

This 6‑month contract role in London seeks a senior Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant with deep Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) expertise. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the implementation partner to deliver a robust Fusion solution and ensure a smooth transition to operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into Fusion Financials configurations.
• Oversee the SI partner, reviewing Functional Design Documents and configuration settings.
• Validate vendor and financial data migration from legacy systems.
• Manage SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Provide production support, handover documentation, and training for end‑users.
• Monitor system performance post‑go‑live and drive stabilisation activities.
• Support future change requests, solution design, and configuration updates.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in Source‑to‑Pay.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes: procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules (Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Expenses, Projects).
• Proven ability to own BAU support, stabilisation, and continuous improvement after go‑live.
