Out of Home New Business Development Manager – Horeca (London)

About the role

We are expanding our Out‑of‑Home (OOH) team and are looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive growth in the HORECA sector across London. The role is field‑based, reporting to the OOH Sales Manager and includes a competitive base salary up to £40,000 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups.
• Increase brand visibility through strategic contracts and optimal machine placements.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to cross‑sell and upsell.
• Generate a robust pipeline via cold calling, networking, events and industry fairs.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the out‑of‑home market, especially leisure and hospitality.
• Proven track record in results‑oriented B2B sales and new business development.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling abilities.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the London area.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
