Outbound Partnership Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

This is a proactive, outward‑facing position focused on identifying, engaging and nurturing high‑quality prospective advisers for our Partnership. As a brand ambassador you will drive outbound recruitment conversations that shape the future of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and contact prospective advisers through telephone and digital outreach.
• Use marketing data and tools to target high‑quality prospects across defined recruitment lanes.
• Build and nurture relationships, clearly presenting the SJP proposition.
• Create qualified recruitment meetings for Partnership and Academy Recruitment Managers.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to meet activity targets, KPIs and recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure all engagement aligns with SJP processes, values and brand standards.

Required profile

• Confident and enthusiastic about telephone‑based engagement.
• Strong verbal communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive, resilient mindset and ability to persevere through objections.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle high activity volumes and meet targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms or structured activity‑tracking tools.
