Paid Media Lead – 12 month FTC

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Lead to drive performance‑marketing initiatives for a leading FTSE‑100 high‑street retailer. Working within a fast‑paced digital team, you will own data‑driven campaigns and collaborate closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑focused digital campaigns that align with commercial objectives.
• Manage the relationship with the media agency and search partners, overseeing day‑to‑day delivery.
• Explore emerging platforms and beta opportunities to keep the brand ahead of market trends.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams on seasonal launches and promotions.
• Analyse campaign data, present insights to senior leaders and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Monitor industry developments in technology, privacy and consumer behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital media, particularly performance‑media channels.
• Track record of managing agency or search‑partner relationships.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape.
