About the role

Join a leading international media agency in Manchester as a Paid Social Account Manager. You will own end‑to‑end paid social campaigns for high‑profile brands, driving performance across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid social activity across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Monitor performance, optimise campaigns and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
• Produce insightful reports and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with planning, creative, analytics and activation teams to deliver integrated media campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the trusted day‑to‑day contact.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paid Social role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other major paid‑social platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing campaign budgets and meeting performance KPIs.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
