Painter & Decorator – Social Housing (Temp to Permanent)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Painter & Decorator to work on tenanted social housing properties in Manchester. The position starts on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent, offering a competitive hourly rate and benefits such as a van and fuel card.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and paint kitchens and bathrooms in social housing units.
- Carry out internal and external decorating tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Maintain health and safety standards on all sites.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
Required profile
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Experience in residential painting and decorating.
- Ability to work full‑time on site.
