Paralegal – 12‑month contract (Westminster graduate required)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our in‑house Legal Department on a 12‑month extendable contract. The role supports a team of four lawyers across London, New York and Hong Kong, providing legal assistance to a fast‑growing IP‑based telecoms business.

Key responsibilities

• Research and respond to legal queries on commercial contracts, privacy, telecoms regulation and employment law.
• Prepare and review non‑disclosure agreements, codes of conduct and other contractual documents.
• Draft entity‑related paperwork such as board resolutions, minutes and powers of attorney.
• Track legislative developments and maintain legal knowledge databases.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects, due‑diligence tasks and the creation of standard legal templates.
• Support the team with record‑keeping and other administrative duties.

Required profile

• LLB (2:1 or higher) or GDL/SQE.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant paralegal experience in a multinational or law‑firm environment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Interest in AI applications within the legal workplace is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
