Paralegal – International Law Firm

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support a senior Partner within a leading international disputes practice in London. You will gain exposure to high‑value, cross‑border litigation and arbitration matters across a range of commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support a senior Partner and associates on complex disputes and arbitration matters.
• Assist with case preparation, document review and evidence management.
• Prepare bundles, chronologies, correspondence and research notes.
• Liaise with counsel, experts, clients, courts, tribunals and third‑party providers.
• Conduct legal and factual research for commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Handle filings, hearing preparation and trial/arbitration logistics.
• Manage documents to ensure efficient progress of matters.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in litigation, arbitration or commercial disputes.
• Strong academic background and genuine interest in dispute work.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, professional and team‑focused attitude.
• Experience with document review platforms is advantageous.
