Paralegal - IP Operations

About the role

This position provides direct support to the Global IP Operations Lead and the trademark team at Mondelēz International. You will manage and maintain the company’s intellectual property portfolio, focusing on trademark name and address recordals, renewals, and data integrity. The role is hybrid, based in the Bournville office with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Track company entity changes and initiate new trademark recordal projects.
• Liaise with third‑party agents and vendors on existing and new recordal initiatives.
• Monitor ongoing recordal projects and participate in routine review meetings.
• Resolve data discrepancies related to trademark recordals and renewals.
• Create trademark reports from the Anaqua database and perform data analysis.
• Assist in monthly trademark audits across all Anaqua modules.
• Serve as backup for the primary Renewals Administrator during absences.
• Prepare and execute formal documents and support database/file‑room clean‑up projects.
• Act as first‑line escalation for Anaqua database issues and manage support tickets to resolution.
• Perform bulk record updates in the Anaqua system.

Required profile

• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in trademark recordal and renewal processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Strong partnership skills with internal support functions and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
