Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

This Paraplanner position sits within a fast‑growing financial planning business, offering immediate impact on client work and adviser capacity. You will join a collaborative team that values communication, shared success and clear progression pathways toward Chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and conduct detailed research for client cases.
• Support financial advisers with new and existing client work.
• Produce and interpret cash‑flow modelling to inform recommendations.
• Work to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices via Teams.

Required profile

• Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Essential: Proven Paraplanner experience within financial services.
• Essential: Cashflow modelling experience.
• Desirable: Experience with IO or similar systems.
• Desirable: Exposure to different financial planning software tools.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
