Paraplanner – Manchester City Centre – Hybrid – Up to £45k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a leading financial planning firm in Manchester city centre. Working hybrid, you will support financial planners delivering sophisticated wealth solutions to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, compliant suitability reports for client recommendations.
• Conduct technical financial planning research and analysis across pensions, tax, trusts and investments.
• Support advisers with holistic wealth management strategies and documentation.
• Liaise with advisers, providers and administration teams to ensure efficient client outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.

Required profile

• Previous paraplanning experience with strong report‑writing ability.
• Qualified CII Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent analytical, research and communication skills.
