Senior Management Accountant

About the role

LADbible Group is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join its Group Finance team. This high‑impact position offers broad exposure across a global listed business, overseeing monthly close, management reporting and contributing to system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and produce accurate management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, with clear commentary for stakeholders.
• Manage revenue accounting in line with IFRS 15, ensuring accurate recognition of revenue, accrued income and deferred revenue.
• Prepare and review high‑quality reconciliations for key balance‑sheet items and resolve reconciling items promptly.
• Lead the implementation of NetSuite, ensuring the system supports efficient, scalable reporting.
• Identify and introduce AI‑driven automation to improve analysis speed and reduce routine work.
• Mentor and develop an Assistant Management Accountant as the team expands.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong management accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition, balance‑sheet controls and IFRS 15.
• Analytical mindset able to link financial results to commercial drivers and communicate insights clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
