Parts Advisor – Automotive Parts Specialist

About the role

Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor for its Autoparts branch in Trafford Park. No prior parts experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided. You will help keep workshops stocked with the right components while keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify parts required for each vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external suppliers.
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts efficiently.
• Communicate with workshop staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide quick, accurate service to customers.
• Prepare invoices and review digital communications.
• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Keen to learn with a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communicator – friendly, clear and concise.
• Enjoy interacting with customers.
• Comfortable using computers (training provided).
