Part‑time Business Support Assistant – Helpdesk

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Business Support Assistant to join our busy Facilities and Compliance Helpdesk team at Lakeside Shopping Centre. You will coordinate maintenance requests, update CAFM records and support health‑and‑safety compliance across a large commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor maintenance requests through the CAFM system.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works with contractors, tenants and internal teams.
• Track compliance documentation, certificates and audit actions.
• Monitor contractor attendance and keep system records up to date.
• Support Health & Safety and Fire Compliance teams with reporting and administration.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, administration or facilities support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and late‑night shifts.
