Passenger Ambassador – Heathrow Airport (Part‑time, 24 hrs/week)

About the role
Join Acosta Europe as a Passenger Ambassador at Heathrow Airport, working 24 hours per week on a flexible shift basis. You will help create memorable passenger experiences by supporting shoppers, promoting offers, and driving sales across the terminal.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with all retail stores in the terminal.
- Engage passengers after security to maximise sales opportunities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with brand information, promotions and key sales messages.
- Assist travellers with shopping queries and guide them to retailers.
- Ensure promotional materials and point‑of‑sale displays are visible and current.
- Report sales successes, key interactions and insights to the line manager.
- Complete shift reports accurately via Global Connect.
- Monitor performance against daily and weekly KPIs.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident interacting with passengers and influencing buying decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- IT‑literate with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions in real time.
- Professional, positive and customer‑centric attitude.
- Fully flexible to work shifts between 05:00 am and 22:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, and comply with Heathrow airside pass rules.
