About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Patient Services Manager to lead a busy healthcare customer service team. You will ensure the smooth delivery of patient‑centred services, maintain high standards of care, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing healthcare customer service team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery.
• Manage resource planning, team schedules and workload distribution.
• Build strong relationships with clinical professionals, external partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvements using feedback, performance monitoring and process optimisation.
• Ensure accurate patient record management and compliance with regulations and data protection requirements.
• Support onboarding of new healthcare professionals and operational growth initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of patient and customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to business performance by supporting productivity, capacity planning and operational targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, Practice Manager or senior administration leader.
• Demonstrable experience within a healthcare, medical or regulated environment.
• Proven track record of leading, developing and managing teams.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with meticulous attention to detail.
