About the role

We are looking for an organised and motivated Pension & Investment Analyst to join a fast‑growing financial services team in Manchester city centre. The role provides essential administrative support to advisory teams and offers a clear pathway for graduates eager to build a career in pensions, wealth management and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interactions with insurance and pension providers, ensuring timely communication.
• Assist clients with completing internal documentation accurately.
• Maintain confidential client records and keep data up‑to‑date in internal systems.
• Support financial advisors in preparing and processing client documentation.
• Execute administrative tasks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote effective communication within the advisory team to enhance productivity.

Required profile

• Strong desire to progress in the pensions and financial services sectors.
• Preferably a background in financial planning or wealth management.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
