Performance Marketing Manager – DTC Fashion (Hybrid, £70k)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led fashion brand to find a Performance Marketing Manager who will own the paid‑media function across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube. Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and the founders, you will use data‑driven insights to shape strategy, manage agency performance and influence commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance marketing on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Manage and challenge the external paid‑media agency to meet commercial KPIs.
• Analyse performance using GA4, platform data and attribution tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA and LTV.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to drive testing and improve campaign performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and media spend.
• Support the long‑term strategy of bringing more paid‑media capabilities in‑house.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably within ecommerce, DTC or fashion.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid‑media campaigns in‑house.
• Proven track record of working with agencies against commercial objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
