About the role

Join an established and growing law firm in Manchester as a Personal Injury Fee Earner. You will manage your own caseload of litigated personal injury claims, including Small Claims and Fast Track matters up to £25,000, while working in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
  • Draft court documentation and pleadings.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
  • Guide claims through the litigation process, ensuring high‑quality client service.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing litigated personal injury files.
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Essential experience handling Road Traffic Accident (RTA) litigation; credit hire experience is a plus.
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive and commercially minded approach.
