About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Plot Sales Paralegal to support a global law firm’s plot sales team in Manchester. You will work on a variety of infrastructure agreements, providing legal drafting and liaison services for utilities and developers.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and review S38/S278 agreements.
Complete S104 agreements and deeds of easement for gas, electricity, fibre and water suppliers.
Handle transfers of open space and other ad‑hoc transfers at development sites.
Attend marketing and networking events with clients and intermediaries.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with infrastructure agreements.
LPC or ILEX qualification.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Keen attention to detail.
Good knowledge of MS365 packages.
