PMO Analyst – Temporary Role in London

About the role

We are seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. This temporary position supports the Project Management Office of a leading financial institution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across multiple teams.
• Gather, analyse, and present data to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Identify risks and issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
